Fun and Festive Christmas Card with Unscripted Sketches #183

Happy November everyone!!! Presenting my latest Christmas card for Sketch-It Saturday with Unscripted Sketches using sketch #183

This card is using scraps, two stickers and May Arts burlap trim. The background stripe is from a scrap swap {sorry I don't know the make}, the stickers are Crafty Secrets and the Santa is cut from a scrap of Rusty Pickle patterned paper. The colors and patterns are similar, which help blend the whimsical and traditional Christmas elements to make an adorable card.

**A TIP** I grounded the "Santa Claus is Coming to Town" sticker by drawing in a sign post with a black scrapbooking journaling pen. I also completed the scribble border around the Santa - I had cut away a section of it and wanted to finish it off right.

What is Sketch it Saturdays at Unscripted Sketches? Every Saturday morning a new sketch is posted for the week. Flip the sketch, rotate it… create a card, a scrapbook page, a wall hanging, digital, paper, fabric, paint, anything your imagination comes up with! There is no right or wrong way, as long as you are using the Unscripted sketch as the inspiration for your creation! And everyone is invited to join in the fun...and post your creation on their page for all the world to see!

Thanks for stopping by - hope you have a wonderfully creative weekend!
